✊🏾 Vote for Black Judges to offset White Privilege; Republicans “livid” about controversial Democratic endorsement

Harrisburg, PA – A Democratic NAACP Rep advocates for people of color to vote for African American judges as a counter to resolve the ill effects of “white privilege” in our state court system. The endorsement was made via fb post, on a platform that has been growing in popularity. Facebook has become a convenient resource for political campaigning. The post was marked with the hashtag #BlackJudgesMatter.

Brandon Flood is very active in the political arena and has a strong following on his personal facebook page. Utilizing fb as his platform, and elaborating on his role with the NAACP, he often makes posts from a pro-African American perspective.

Sometimes the postings of various actors in Harrisburg push the limits of racial boundaries. At some point this practice became socially acceptable as the norm, although more recently these radical perspectives are becoming noticed by critics who come from varying backgrounds.

The Big Sarge Show featuring Brandon Flood:

In the title, the term “livid” is used to help illustrate a double standard. The mainstream networks are publishing reports of democratic outrage over a GOP flyer supporting judges who stand for the flag. Supporting the American flag and our country is a primary expectation of American judges. Perhaps those mainstream reports serve as a distraction to deflect attention from the actual controversy of vilifying white privilege to justify reverse discrimination. No published reports have mentioned the true  racial controversy, while they instead focus on attacking the American flag. The term “livid” is a typical feeling experienced by liberals, and certainly republicans are not acting out furiously angry as have the democrats. In this exchange the active critics of the anti-white privilege endorsement remain calm and focused on the hypocrisy of it all.

Initially the posting of Flood’s endorsement, which tagged 77 others, gained the attention and commentary of dozens who support the effort to elect African American judges.

The posting was eventually challenged by republican and moderate pundits who cited prejudice, victim mentality, and double standards. Many leftist who chimed in had counter arguments, often by making emotional appeals that referenced the suffering of blacks due to the perceived injustice of white privilege.

The following exerpts are a sample of the exchange between anti-white privilege supporters and the critics of this endorsement:

Robert Brandt (Big Sarge): White Privilege eh? Why cant we just vote for them because they might be good candidates?

Sean M Guay I would say that this post is a form of extreme rhetoric that divides our nation.
Some would say that Brandon’s post is racist.
It does advocate for the idea of white guilt being normalized.

LaLa Clark: I have been trying to avoid the ignorance on this post but it keeps popping up so I will say this. In reading the original post I didn’t see any mention of voting for anyone over another because of color. In the “black” community there are plenty of people who complain that there isn’t enough diversity and this was an opportunity for them to be made aware that there are qualified people of color running. That is it that is all. Where has the common sense gone… I mean really?? You have a man of color sharing information and his post is deemed racist…. I just cant!!! I’m wondering how many European American’s actually vote based on best qualified regardless of race🤔

Shariah Brown: Robert Brandt it’s really a much longer conversation. But if we keep setting this issue aside it’s the same as ignoring it. 50% of the prison population is black and Latino. Men of color can not raise their families or send their kids to college. If you are not willing to do the work, I can not educate you. Not now. Not on this forum, however, I do love all races, never the less if you won’t be a part of understanding you are a part of ignorance.

Robert Brandt: Shariah Brown And that’s part of the problem. The victim mentality. Lets face it minorities have great opportunity in this country. Moreso than ever before in our history. No one is being ignorant here but to state there is this myth of privilege is the divider in the conversation.

Sean M Guay: I think the post would have been okay without the white privilege part. That idea has become a weapon of the left.
I understand why some white people may be offended by using white privilege to justify reverse discrimination.

Ironically, members of the same democratic party are outraged over a simple GOP mailer endorsing Judges who support the American flag:

Brandon Flood:. Let’s look at the facts here people. There has only been one judge of color elected to the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in the entire history of the Court. There has only been one judge of color elected to the Pa Supreme Court in the entire history of the Court. In my lifetime, there has never been a judge of color presiding within the York County Court of Common Pleas. Lastly, in the history of the Pa Superior Court there literally has been no more than a handful of judges of color. That said, and I say this with the utmost degree of respect to anyone that takes exception to this post, go f&%k yourselves!

Sean M Guay: The original post does not promote equality or unity.
I’d like to highlight the double standard here.
Imagine if someone posted in favor of voting for white judges to counter the black power supremacy that could be perceived in these politics.

Gerald Welch: Robert Brandt we can never put race to side, because is attached to everything single thing that effects the lives of Black people. Law, Economics, Entertainment, Politics, Religion, Sex, Justice!

Robert Brandt: Gerald Welch Oh so race only effect Black people eh?

Gerald Welch: Robert Brandt race effects all non white people

Annie Hughes: Sean, this an effort for appropriate representation in government, when certain classes of people are traditionally underrepresented.

Sean M Guay: Annie Hughes I do understand the intentions, however I think the effort should be advanced without contributing to the racial divide in our country by using these race baiting tactics and exploiting the concept of white guilt.

Annie Hughes: I think the source of the conflict here is a misunderstanding of what “white privilege” means. There is an undeniable privilege that comes from being in a majority class, but especially a majority racial class, and especially one in the US, where racism has been (and still is) often codified in law, directly or indirectly. The term “white privilege” is a specific term from many decades of social research. If we’re defining “privilege” in the same way, then there is no such thing as “black privilege.” Maybe you’re referring to something else? The wiki page on white privilege gives a pretty good overview – I recommend taking a look!

White privilege (or white skin privilege) is a term for societal privileges that benefit people identified…EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG
Sean M Guay: It’s all good Annie Hughes, I appreciate the debate.
From the perspective that I am trying to convey, it could be argued that the social research about white privilege is funded by liberal big government policies, of which are based in partisan politics.
Of course in the leftist city of Harrisburg this research is socially acceptable as the commonly believed norm, but outside of this leftist bubble, the free market sentiment of mainstream Americans reject the divisive nature of this white privilege concept.
Some would counter the white privilege argument by highlighting ‘black privilege’ in relation to something like affirmative action as giving an advantage to a less qualified candidate, who may be hired over a more qualified white candidate. Also, this applies to acceptance rates at American universities.
These divisive concepts actually play into the hand of our enemy countries that want to upset the freedom and peace in America.
Also, it’s known that the source of Wikipedia has been dominated by liberal institutions, same with our American mainstream media.

LaLa Clark Black and privilege shouldn’t be used in the same sentence.

Gerald Welch: If most white people had a sense of guilt, conditions would not be as they are, they would work harder and sincerely to remove all impediments that effect the lives of Black people and other minorities.

Sean M Guay: I believe that we need to focus on the human race and stop segregating ourselves into special groups.

Brandon Flood Is white guilt even a thing? I thought it was a myth. If it is, I wish to relieve you of your burden, Sean. Consider yourself free.

Sean M Guay: White people have been trained to feel guilty.

Gerald Welch: Sean M Guay so they should feel no remorse from the hideous doctrine of slavery, and Jim Crow. White people should do nothing to make that right? In fact, they should continue to perpetuate the same behavior as the ancestors before them and practice old policies with new disguises.

Sean M Guay: Gerald Welch idk about that but I’m convinced that America is the best country on earth. 🇺🇸
Americans enjoy freedoms that most in the world do not. Also, America should be celebrated for ending slavery, not focus on the lingering racial divide.

The Cost of Black Privilege in America: UN recommends reparations for the black community from U.S. tax payers

In a published article, the UN has recommended that the African-American community be provided with financial reparations at the expense of U.S. tax payers. This topic has rekindled the debate, at a time when racial tensions are flaring up in America.

However, in a stark contrast to the UN conclusions, the following report tells a much different story of how much tax payers are already contributing to the black community:

The cost of Black America

If you are a white American, over the course of your lifetime the federal government will, on average and on your behalf, transfer $384,109 of your wealth and income to a single black individual.

According to the data derived from the 2014 federal budget, the average annual net tax/benefit broke down as follows:

  • White: -$2,795
  • Black: +$10,016

Over the course of an average 79-year lifespan, a white individual contributes a net $220,805 to the system, whereas over the course of an average 75-year lifespan, a black individual receives a net $751,200. However, since there are 4.6 times more whites than blacks in the USA, the black share has to be divided among the various contributors to sort out a one-to-one comparison.

So, the net cost to the average White American of the average Black American is $384,109. Married? That’s $768,218. Got 2 kids? That’s $1,536,436. 4 kids? Now we’re talking $2,304,654 lifetime.

John Hope offers his insights

Diversity is expensive. Now you understand why you won’t have much of an inheritance to leave to your children. Do you really think it’s worth it? And then, those natural conservatives to the south, the Hispanics, will surely improve the situation, right? After all, immigration helps the economy! Well, not so much.

  • Hispanic: +7,298

In fact, because there are more Hispanics in the USA than Blacks, Hispanics are already a bigger cumulative net drain on the economy, $411,950,000,000 to $389,710,000,000. Needless to say, the ongoing demographic change from a predominantly white society to a less productive, less white one can be expected to have even more serious negative effects on the long-term economic prospects of the United States that it already has.

Ben Shapiro gives his angle on issues of the black community

Video: Benjamin Dixon speaks his piece on the candidate from St. Petersburg mayoral candidate, Paul Congemi, telling Black Americans to go back to Africa and to accept President Barack Obama as “reparations” for the Black community.

VIDEO: AntiFA Draw Confederate White Knights to Gettysburg, July 1st

With no permits to protest in Gettysburg, AntiFA threatens violence, flag burning and damage to graves on July 1st

The White Knights issued the following WWF style challenge to AntiFA, which has been called racially derogatory, outright offensive, with similar intolerance that is comparable with the tactics of the AntiFA thugs.

Update: It is believed that since the release of this video, AntiFA has backed off of their threats to show up in Gettysburg with no permit.

Update: ISIS claims responsibility for England Attack

Harrisburg, PA – As reported by The Washington Post in 2008, the idea of a racial divide in the City of Harrisburg is not new to the election cycle, locally. In fact, the tense racial history of this city goes back for centuries.

Currently, in the aftermath of a local election which featured some smear campaigns, and became chippy at times, the incumbent Mayor Papenfuse has been reelected as the Democratic nominee for the upcoming general election, this fall. Now, ‘racial divide’ has resurfaced as an issue that has not yet found resolve in the fair city.

In a post-election interview, Mayoral challenger Lewis Butts issued a statement on his willingness to work with Papenfuse on the racial divide, and the need to make sure that all cultures are embraced:

From the follow-up commentary of the video, respondents describe a variety of opinions. One person said:

All cultures are not at a disadvantage, but black folk issues cannot be clumped with everyone else issues. We need to focus strictly on our own issues as black folk.

Of Papenfuse, another citizen mentioned:

[Papenfuse] needs a visionary, such as Lewis Butts, in his ear.

Of Butts, recent School Board Director elect, Carrie Fowler said:

Lewis Butts deserves a seat in [Papenfuse’s] administration. Harrisburg and it’s citizens would profit from his vision.

At a local polling center, city resident Beau Brown takes direct action towards unity, on the day of the election. Brown, and Tim Rowbottom are pictured here with the team of Gloria Martin-Roberts, an opposing challenger:

Brown comments:

Many of us had a great time running from poll to poll yesterday! While there was some mild tension (kind of fun), there was a lot of collective love for Harrisburg City.

Many of the Jennie Jenkins team had very great interactions, and discussions with members of the Gloria Martin-Roberts team while visiting these polls.

Mr. Eric R. Papenfuse – respectfully sir – this is how you heal divides. Just go talk to each other.

In another perspective on race, local BLM activist Katherine Lugaro, who is not happy about Papenfuse being reelected, also recently posted her disapproval of Sheriff David Clark joining forces with President Trump:

Exclusively for Harrisburg100, Lugaro offers a very in depth perspective on the controversy surrounding Sheriff David Clark:

Sheriff Clarke is a fascist that launched his career on Fox News as a self hating- black hating contributor. This is a trend at Fox, where they will pay/hire a self hating black gov’t official to come smear Black Lives Matter. Sheriff Clarke’s black hate reminds me of the old “Is WE sick boss” house negro, who will lay his life down for his white master and sell his fellow black slaves down the river. It’s the sickness of the House Negro, who runs the plantation and functions on the plantation as a free man…why would he want to upset the apple cart? Clarke is a fitting addition to the Trump Administration. No doubt about it…Clarke validates all the stereotypes held by rich white males in this country…why wouldn’t they love him? The list of reasons of why Clarke is a gross and telling pick for the Trump Administration goes on and on…. starting with Clarke seriously claiming that Black Lives Matter is going to work with ISIS to take over the country.
